I am a technology leader and builder, currently Chief Technology Officer at On, where I lead Technology, AI, Data, Security and IT.
I began my career as a software engineer and have spent more than twenty years building and scaling global consumer platforms across travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, payments and retail. My work has taken me from Yerevan and Munich to London, Barcelona and Zurich, and into teams and markets across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia. Working across industries and cultures has shaped how I lead: strong principles should travel, but their application must always respect context.
I am interested in how organisations become stronger over time—through clear thinking, durable foundations, high standards and the disciplined use of technology. I do not believe in transformation as spectacle. I believe in continuous evolution: delivering value today while deliberately building the capabilities that compound tomorrow.
